Lume was born from the desire to bring a neo-bistro to Chișinău — where tradition and innovation share one plate.

Origin

We opened in 2019 on Vlaicu Pârcălab Street, in a historic building with high ceilings and warm light.

Our chef works with live fire as the main instrument — smoke, embers, wood.

Every dish is served on ceramics handcrafted by local artists.
